Now a day's interaction with computer become essential, efficient processing, storing and retrieving of data from database will play very important role in the database application. To access the database the user should have a strong knowledge in SQL commands and procedures. The conventional database will give only current data but not past or future data. In this paper we propose an Intelligent Query Processing (IQP) for temporal databases. This will facilitate the novice user to interact temporal database in their native language (English), without using any SQL command or procedures. The main purpose of IQP is for an English sentence to be interpreted by the computer and appropriate action taken. Asking questions to databases in natural language is a very convenient and easy method of data access. The temporal data will support for past, present and future data. In temporal data we used third axis as time interval, which support both transaction time as well valid time. The valid time is the actual or real world time at which the data is valid. This paper proposes the architecture for translating English Query into SQL using efficient context free grammar. This system has been implemented using Java that can be used in any operating system and has been tested with data from the industry domain. Keywords

To achieve fair bandwidth allocations, router mechanisms are attained in the network. Router mechanisms designed to achieve fair bandwidth allocations, like RED, have many desirable proper ties for congestion control in the Internet. In this paper, we propose an architecture that contains edge router and core router, significantly reduces this implementation complexity yet still achieves fair bandwidth allocations. We apply this approach to core routers that is, a nearby region of the network and we difference between edge routers and core routers. Edge routers maintain per flow state; they estimate the incoming rate of each flow and insert a label into each packet header based on this estimate. Core routers maintain no per flow state; they use FIFO packet scheduling. We call the scheme Core-Stateless Fair Queuing. We present simulations and analysis on the performance of this approach, and discuss an alternate approach.

The present study deals the sources, treatment and strategies for future management of municipal solid waste (MSW) in class I city Erode, Tamilnadu, India, which includes collection, segregation, transportation, treatment and disposal. The study also analysed and reported the existing waste treatment methods, which revealed the necessity for improvement and based on that suggested a suitable technology to improve the system thereby minimizing the associated environmental damage. Ground water samples were also collected in and around the solid waste dumping yard and analysed for their physicochemical characteristics to ascertain the extent of groundwater pollution through leachate. The results revealed that concentration of most of the critical parameters (like hardness, BOD, COD, zinc, iron, etc.) exceeded the permissible limits, which requires the improvement of currently employed solid waste management system. The existing solid waste management practices such as open dumping and vermicomposting techniques are not only inefficient but also inadequate enough to manage huge amount of wastes generated daily. Hence, integrated solid waste management system comprising biomethanation, sanitary landfill, etc. is adopted. Keywords

Objectives: An ensemble of Ada Booster with SVM (EAB-SVM) classifier technique is proposed for detecting the network intrusions and monitoring the activities of the node as well as classifying it as either normal or anomalous. Methods/ Statistical Analysis: The optimal feature selection method is applied in EAB-SVM to select the relevant features to classify and detect the intrusion in wireless ad-hoc network. After that, an ensemble of Ada booster with SVM (EAB-SVM) classifier is used for classifying the intrusion through updating the weight of samples. Finally, the objective function of the EAB-SVM classifier is used to distinguish the anomalous and normal node behavior accurately. This in turn improves the anomaly intrusion detection accuracy. Findings: The EAB-SVM technique comprises of two model namely optimal feature selection model and intrusion detection model. The EAB-SVM technique employed Optimal Feature Selection to choose the features and to reduce the data space dimension. This in turn assists to increase the packet delivery ratio. After selecting the optimal features, the intrusion detection and classification is performed using AdaBoost with SVM classifier for intrusion detection. The AdaBoost with SVM classifier discover the node behaviors as normal or anomalous and thereby achieves reliable packet delivery in wireless ad-hoc network. The performance of EAB-SVM technique is evaluated in terms of packet delivery ratio, classification time, false positive rate and anomaly intrusion detection accuracy and compared with existing two methods. Application/Improvements: The simulation results shows that the EAB-SVM technique achieved the better performance in terms of packet delivery ratio, classification time, false positive rate and anomaly intrusion detection accuracy compared to state-of-the-art methods. Keywords

In today’s life people face lot of accidents, to save their lives we try to notify it to the hospitals and authorised persons. By this devices reducing time of notifying the emergency situation to the authorised person and hospitals, how this devices reduces the timing of notify the situation at that time surrounding peoples of that accidental area are in nervous condition. So the people didn’t know to call the emergency services at that time the impasse notifier. The emergency is sensed by the impasse notifier sensors and emergency alert will transmitted in text message using GSM (Global System for Mobile). The Emergency Location is detected by the GPS (Global Positioning System) and location is transmitted through text message using GSM.

The application can be widely used by people in the border to find the appropriate path to reach the destination. In this mechanism, we have implemented embedded system to save the fisherman life and to avoid the problem between two countries hence make good relationship between them. The fisherman crosses the sub border then warning signal is given to country coastal guard.
The boat will be automatically stop the forward motion and the motor starts to rotate in reverse motion and the flaps are controlled by the application. All manual control will be overridden. The RF transmitted and receiver will sends the data packets between the boat and the coast guard. By means of the immediate action, the coastal guard can stop the fisherman in crossing the border.
